Court cybersecurity incident

On 2 January 2024 Court Services Victoria (CSV) disclosed that they had been subject to a cybersecurity incident. 

We have been working closely with them to understand the extent of any impacts on our clients. We are confident that CSV took immediate action to isolate and disable the affected network and to put in place arrangements to ensure continued operations across the courts.

As CSV and the courts identify hearings that may have been affected, we will work to notify our clients in those matters as soon as practical.
