Our Practitioner Support Officer (PSO) team are pleased to offer online drop-in sessions for our practice partners.

These sessions will provide panel practitioners with the opportunity to meet one on one with a PSO with relevant subject matter expertise to assist with guideline, fee or ATLAS-related queries via Teams.

Practitioners can book into drop-in sessions based on criminal, family or civil law and each session can be tailored specifically to the needs of the practitioner.

The purpose of the drop-in sessions is not to assess outstanding grants applications.

Rather, the PSO team can help practitioners with navigating ATLAS, appropriate fees and what funding guideline their client's matter falls into.

Sessions across all areas of law will initially run fortnightly for 30 minutes, with more sessions being made available depending on demand.
