We encourage all indictable crime panel firms to consider the Trial Counsel Development Program which assists barristers to further develop their criminal trial skills.

Following a highly competitive recruitment process, our Trial Counsel Development Program (TCDP) recently offered places to 15 junior counsel to join our 2022–23 group. We have increased the number of places in response to the backlog of trials and shortage of trial counsel.

The program provides an invaluable opportunity for junior counsel to gain meaningful trial experience under the tutelage of highly skilled, experienced and respected criminal trial counsel.
