The Law Institute of Victoria is offering specialist accreditation in family law in 2025.

We support lawyers undertaking work for legally aided clients to apply for specialist accreditation.

We provide practical study supports to help lawyers prepare for the specialisation examinations. Our support program includes access to a facilitated study group (subject to numbers), study resources and practice sessions.

The support program is offered to community legal centre lawyers and private practitioners who are on or applying to be on our family law panel.

If you are considering undertaking accredited specialisation in family law next year and have interest in being part of our 2025 specialisation study support program, please email simon.macdonald@vla.vic.gov.au.
