Timely intervention in family law matters

Recognising the importance of identifying the need for legal intervention before a matter reaches crisis point, and progressing a matter quickly once an issue is identified.

Actions 17 to 20 will undertake investment in timely intervention to reduce the number of disputes escalating to litigation.
