What our child support lawyers can help you with

Our child support lawyers can help with legal problems about:

  • getting or paying child support
  • paternity testing for child support applications
  • changes of assessment
  • maintenance for children over 18 or spousal maintenance.

Our priorities are to improve the financial security of the parents, the wellbeing of the children, and to help stop family violence from continuing after separation.

This service is provided independently of Services Australia (Child Support)(opens in a new window).
