This section deals with child protection issues both in the Family Division of the Children’s Court and through the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) case planning process.

Intervention orders affecting children
This section deals with intervention orders (both family violence and person safety) in the Children’s Court and the representation of children in proceedings for intervention orders, whether as an aggrieved family member, affected person, complainant or respondent.
