We respect, appreciate and embrace differences. We know when people from different backgrounds, life experiences and perspectives work together, we create the most value – for our clients, our employees and the Victorian community.
We are committed to fostering a work culture that is diverse and inclusive. A diverse culture where our staff reflect the diversity of the Victorian community we serve and an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued, respected and able to be their authentic selves at work.
We support and promote a safe workplace and service for First Nations people, people from culturally diverse backgrounds, people with a disability, mature-age workers, lesbian, gay, bisexual, asexual, pansexual, transgender and gender diverse people, people with diverse sex characteristics (intersex) and queer (broadly LGBTIQA+) people.
Our Diversity and Inclusion Framework
We aim to develop an overarching Diversity and Inclusion Framework in line with expectations to be set out in our new Enterprise Agreement 2020–24. The framework will include an overarching vision for diversity and inclusion at our organisation. It will build on the considerable progress made with our Reconciliation Action Plan (2013–25) and Cultural Diversity and Inclusion Strategy (2020–23).
